Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Triumph Football. By enrolling in our programs or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, structured, and high-quality environment for all players and staff.
1. Bookings and Enrolment
Registration: All participants must be registered via our official website or booking platform prior to attending any session.
Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to provide accurate medical, contact, and emergency information during the registration process.
2. Fees and Payments
Payment Timing: Fees for Academy, 1-on-1 sessions, and Group Sessions must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the program unless a formal payment plan has been agreed upon.
Birthday Parties: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Pricing: Triumph Football reserves the right to review and amend pricing. Any changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
General Sessions: Refunds are not typically provided for missed sessions. At the discretion of Triumph Football, a "make-up" session or credit may be offered if 24 hours' notice is provided.
Holiday Clinics & Birthday Parties: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may forfeit the full fee or deposit due to staffing and resource allocations.
Coach Cancellation: If Triumph Football must cancel a session due to coach illness or unforeseen circumstances, a full credit or refund for that session will be issued.
4. Weather and Safety
Wet Weather: Sessions generally proceed in light rain. In the event of extreme weather (lightning, torrential rain, or heat exceeding safe playing margins), Triumph Football will notify parents via SMS/Email at least 60 minutes prior.
Safety Standards: As an educator-led organisation, we prioritise safety. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour consistently endangers themselves or others.
5. Medical and Liability
Physical Readiness: By enrolling, you confirm that the participant is physically fit to engage in high-intensity football activities.
Injury Waiver: While all sessions are led by qualified staff (including Level 1 Sports Trainers), football carries inherent risks. Triumph Football, its directors, and staff are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property sustained during sessions.
Emergency Care: In the event of an emergency, you authorise Triumph Football staff to seek necessary medical attention at your expense if a parent/guardian cannot be reached.
6. Photography and Media
Triumph Football may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional use (website, social media, marketing).
Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, you must notify us in writing via email at triumphfootballau@gmail.com
7. Code of Conduct
Players: Expected to show respect to coaches, teammates, and equipment, aligning with our philosophy of "personal growth on and off the pitch."
Parents: Expected to maintain a positive and supportive sideline environment. Triumph Football maintains a zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse toward staff or participants.
8. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
